S-Software Design CC was founded in 2006 as part of a consortium with the North-West University.  As a 50-50 partner, we supplied transaction cost analysis to major roleplayers in the market.  In 2015 we became independant from NWU, and we still supply three keystone asset managers with TCA analysis.

DAWIE DE JONGH was Professor at the Centre for Business Mathematics & Informatics at North-West University until 2015. He obtained his PhD in mathematics in 1969 at the University of the Witwatersrand. Before being appointed as professor at North-West University, he worked for Gencor and Absa.

HANLIE STEYNBERG (nee De Jongh) is a database specialist, systems designer and validator, as well as a scientific programmer.
